[How] Clear that if have when clock off.
Statement
This vulnerability is rated as Moderate severity because exploitation requires local access on systems equipped with physical AMD graphics hardware utilizing the amdgpu driver. The issue arises from a failure to clear display timing controller underflow flags prior to disabling the output data mapping clock, which can leave the display controller in an unrecoverable state and trigger a local denial of service. Typical enterprise server deployments and virtual machine instances lacking dedicated AMD GPU pass-through do not load this driver and remain unaffected.
