Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's USB eXtensible Host Controller Interface (xHCI) driver. When a USB host controller stops responding, the driver attempts to cancel all queued transfer requests without first checking whether the target endpoint is valid. This can lead to an invalid pointer dereference, allowing a local user to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by crashing the system.
