Description
A flaw was found in the bq27xxx battery driver within the Linux kernel. This vulnerability involves a race condition and incorrect handling of the poll_interval during the driver's removal process. A local attacker with low privileges could exploit this flaw, causing the poll_interval to change unexpectedly and a delayed work item to be re-queued even after the device has been removed.
