Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s btrfs module. An unhandled chunk tree lookup error in the btrfs_relocate_sys_chunks function in the fs/btrfs/volumes.c file will cause a denial of service.

Statement

The btrfs module is not built in the kernel shipped in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and 9, so it is not affected by this vulnerability.
