Description
A flaw was found in ocfs2, a clustered file system in the Linux kernel. A local user, by performing reflink operations, can trigger an issue where space for inline extended attributes (xattrs) is incorrectly reserved. This improper reservation can lead to metadata corruption within the filesystem. The corruption may cause the filesystem to crash, potentially resulting in data loss.
