Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's tracing/probes component. When creating a trace probe, the system incorrectly handled the maximum argument limit. A local attacker could exploit this by setting up a probe with an excessive number of arguments, leading to invalid memory access. This could result in a kernel null pointer dereference and a system crash, causing a Denial of Service (DoS).
