Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's btrfs filesystem. This vulnerability allows a local user to cause a system crash by triggering a null pointer dereference. The issue arises from incorrect handling of errors during the propagation of split bios, where the original bio's context is not properly set when the end-of-input/output (end_io) function is called too quickly. This can lead to a denial of service for the affected system.
