Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's drm/amdgpu component. A malicious local user could exploit this by providing a small powerplay table (pptable) through sysfs and then a larger one. This can lead to a buffer overflow in the smu_sys_set_pp_table() function, potentially allowing for privilege escalation or arbitrary code execution.
