Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel RISC-V uprobe implementation. After the execute-out-of-line buffer is written, the code does not issue fence.i, so the CPU can execute stale instructions from that buffer. Tracing a process with uprobes on RISC-V can crash that process. RISC-V is not a Red Hat architecture.
