Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's blk-cgroup component. A local user could trigger a circular locking dependency, leading to a deadlock. This deadlock occurs when the queue_usage_counter is acquired while the rq_qos_mutex is already held, which can result in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected system.
