CVE-2026-24676

A use after free flaw was found in FreeRDP. AUDIN format renegotiation frees the active format list while the capture thread continues using audin->format, leading to a use after free in audio_format_compatible. A malicious server can trigger a client‑side heap use after free causing a crash.

Availability impact is limited to the FreeRDP instance on Red Hat Products. General system availability is not at risk.
