Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's drm/amd/display component, specifically within the amdgpu_dm module. When a display sink is connected, the drm_edid structure was overwritten without properly releasing the previously allocated memory. This oversight can lead to a memory leak when the system resumes, potentially impacting system stability and performance over time.
