Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. A missing cond_resched() in the bpf_fd_array_map_clear() loop, specifically when handling BPF (Berkeley Packet Filter) PROG_ARRAY maps with numerous entries, can lead to an RCU (Read-Copy Update) stall. This can result in a Denial of Service (DoS) under heavy system load, as the kernel fails to yield CPU time, causing system unresponsiveness.
