Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel LoongArch SMP shutdown path. stop_this_cpu() marks secondary CPUs offline without reporting them dead to RCU, so a later synchronize_rcu() during reboot can wait forever. LoongArch is not a Red Hat architecture.
