Description
A flaw was found in the accel/ethosu component of the Linux kernel. This vulnerability occurs when the devm_platform_ioremap_resource() function fails to map a memory-mapped I/O (MMIO) register resource, returning an error pointer. The ethosu_probe() function then incorrectly stores and later dereferences this error pointer during device initialization. A local attacker could potentially exploit this flaw to cause a system crash, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS).
