Description

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's virtio_pmem module. This use-after-free vulnerability occurs due to incorrect management of memory requests. When a request is prematurely freed while still being referenced, a subsequent attempt to access it can lead to memory corruption. This could allow a local attacker to cause system instability or a denial of service (DoS).
