Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) subsystem for AMD SEV (Secure Encrypted Virtualization). This vulnerability occurs due to a double-free issue when memory allocated during virtual machine initialization is freed twice following an initialization failure. A local user with access to create or manage virtual machines could exploit this flaw to cause memory corruption, leading to a system crash and Denial of Service (DoS).
