Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's Cadence USB3 gadget driver. This vulnerability can lead to a Denial of Service (DoS) through a system crash or potentially allow privilege escalation. During device teardown, the driver releases memory without waiting for pending background work tasks to finish. A local user could exploit this flaw to trigger a use-after-free condition—accessing memory after it has been freed—causing memory corruption.
