Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's Bluetooth subsystem. A local attacker can exploit this flaw to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by crashing the system. Due to missing lock synchronization when rebinding a Host Controller Interface (HCI) socket after a controller is unregistered, a race condition occurs that can lead to a NULL pointer dereference or use-after-free condition.
