Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. A local user can cause a Denial of Service (DoS) due to a race condition in the IPv4 routing subsystem. When routing table dumps execute concurrently with nexthop group updates that reduce the number of paths, the kernel attempts to access an absent path, triggering a NULL pointer dereference and system crash.
